- Segue (5 minutes): Each team member briefly shares good news, both personal and professional, to build rapport and set a positive tone.Scorecard (5 minutes): Review key metrics and performance indicators. Identify any that are off-track and need further discussion.Rock Review (5 minutes): Check the status of quarterly priorities (Rocks) to ensure progress is on track.Customer/Employee Headlines (5 minutes): Share any important news or updates about customers or employees.To-Do List (5 minutes): Review the list of tasks from the previous meeting to ensure they were completed.Identify, Discuss, Solve (IDS) (60 minutes): The majority of the meeting focuses on identifying issues, discussing them, and solving them. This is where the real work happens.Conclude (5 minutes): Recap the to-do list, confirm cascading messages (important information to be shared with the broader team), and rate the meeting on a scale of 1-10 to ensure continuous improvement.
