  1. A/B test pricing (no monthly vs flex) to see if social ads are still a viable acquisition channel
  2. Find acquisition channels (for either customers or leads) that are really cheap, repeatable, & preferably scalable
    1. Joint brand giveaways like the New Parents Essentials = ~4k leads
    2. Expand Doula’s / Midwives referral program
      1. i think the main issue is that they don’t really know how to explain it to their customers and also they vary in their opinions on how often to bring it up / bring it up without the patient asking about it
      2. Difficult bc misaligned incentives, they don’t know how to explain it to customers, don’t always bring it up
